The Drillco 680 series jobber length drill bit is made from carbide-tipped high-speed steel and has a 118-degree conventional point for drilling cast iron, cast steel, bronze, hard copper, aluminum, and other hard nonferrous materials. The jobber length drill bit has a versatile midrange drilling depth and is a common choice for general-purpose applications. Carbide-tipped high-speed steel (HSS) is more wear resistant than high-speed steel, and the uncoated (bright) finish has no additional surface treatment or coating. The round shank accommodates most drill chucks.
